Arany is an established kennel fuelled by a passion to pioneer the ultimate HPR experience  by creating a lasting legacy of versatile  tested and healthy Deutsch Langhaar  in the UK. Our foundation bloodlines of Konan vd Hafkesdell, Pia Nelha and Bella vd Holzheide were imported in 1999 from exceptional kennels owned by breedmasters.  Their progeny contain an  exclusive and rich German heritage of blistering performance and breathtaking design which makes ownership a very special experience.

Arany empowers the German principle of continually refining the highest levels of hunting instincts through testing to a set standard and health screening. All of our dogs are assessed in the field and the ring and are hip scored and eye tested.  Although the Longhair is ideal as a family companion  it's prowess is for hunting and in this sphere this breed is exceptional. Longhairs require considerate handling by experienced gundog handlers to bring out the best in them.

Our Hungarian Vizsla's are the culmination of a long breeding programme combining working ability and stunning good looks to enhance genuine dual purpose abilities. This has been UK proven with a legacy of full Champions with awards in the field  and Show Champions.

  We are members of Club Langhaar in Germany , the GLP Club and are founder members of the German Hunting Dogs Association UK .Brenda is the Acting Working Secretary for The Hunt, Point, Retrieve Breeds Association . We support the Canine Alliance
